Product description

AiNA 32 is an accurate laboratory machine for the extraction and purification of nucleic acids from human samples. Adopting magnetic bead separation technology, AiNA 32 can automatically complete the whole procedure including lysis, adsorption, cleaning, washing and recycling etc. It can handle up to 32 samples at the same time with ease of operation and high extraction efficiency, which make it widely used in scientific research, in vitro diagnostics, food safety, forensic and other fields.

Principle:

After the sample is lysed by the lysis solution,the lysed nucleic acid will specifically adsorbed by the magnetic beads. Through the cooperation of the washing solutionⅠ,washing solutionⅡ,elution buffer and magnetic rod,various impurities that are not specifically bound to the magnetic beads are removed,and the magnetic beads adsorbing the nucleic acid are separated from the lysis solution. Finally, removing the magnetic beads,the nucleic acid molecules are dissolved in the elution buffer.
