Operation

Steps:

Step 1: Take out the test tube, stand upright and flat on the table

Step 2: Sample collecting using swab

Step 3: Open the tube

Step 4: Mix the swab and extraction buffer

Step 5: Close the tube

Step 6: Remove the plastic ring from the bottom of the tube

Step 7: Press the tube to piece the pipe of extraction buffer

Step 8: Open and the reclose the tube

Step 9: Read result between 15-20 mins

Result interpretation
