Principle:
After the sample is lysed by the lysis solution,the lysed nucleic acid will specifically adsorbed by the magnetic beads. Through the cooperation of the washing solutionⅠ,washing solutionⅡ,elution buffer and magnetic rod,various impurities that are not specifically bound to the magnetic beads are removed,and the magnetic beads adsorbing the nucleic acid are separated from the lysis solution. Finally, removing the magnetic beads,the nucleic acid molecules are dissolved in the elution buffer.
